1. Recall equation and write it down (1m)
2. Drop in the numbers by writing it down (1m)
3. If the numbers don't fit you clearly have the wrong equation so start again
4. Do the calculation showing all workings (1m)
5. Show the answer clearly - underline it or circle it (1m)
