For P2 you will need to explain the file type and why you might wish to use that file type and illustrate your coursework with print screens showing how you carried out the conversion.
I have attached a spreadsheet here for you to use. Alternatively you may choose to use you own. The spreadsheet is a very basic cashflow forecast for a start up florist business.
