Career Development Planning

Creating a career development plan is the final task for P6 of this current unit.  You are then free to work towards the Merit & Distinction tasks.

A career development plan will require you to choose a career or job from the many positions that you have considered throughout this unit.  Then you will need to carry out some genuine research of how you will achieve this job as evidence to achieve P6.

For example if you select a job as a human resources officer you will need to research what qualifications are required,  courses are run and how long they will take.

To help you with this you have the core text book read pages 121 - 127 The flow diagram on pages 127 should prove usefull too.

Here is a career development template to complete just answer the questions and decide what your short, medium and long term goals are.
